Wind gusts can be a further 40 percent stronger than the averages given here,
and maximum waves may be up to twice the height.

Weak trough extends from 08S 90E to 10S 105E to 12S 120E.    

PART 3. FORECAST
Northwest to northeast winds 10/20 knots, tending northeast to southeast 10/20
knots south of the trough. Slight/moderate seas. Isolated storms.
